Camden County OEO is a private, non-profit agency dedicated to serving and uplifting economically disadvantaged and moderate income individuals and families in Camden County, New Jersey since 1965.

Our dual purpose is arranging for and providing assistance that gives immediate relief to income- eligible persons in emergency circumstances. In addition, we provide programs and services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency..

CCCOEO is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of services to help low-income families in Camden County, New Jersey.

We offer rental assistance, homeownership counseling, and utility assistance. We also have a Weatherization Assistance Program that is currently accepting applications HERE.

Generally, individuals and families who meet income eligibility requirements and live in Camden County are eligible.

You will need to provide proof of income, identity, and residency.

All of our services are provided at no cost to the client.

We offer adult education, GED preparation, vocational training, and career counseling.

At this time, we do not offer job placement services.
